2022 Nissan Murano Trim Comparison (S, SV, SL _ Platinum) Post

The 2022 Nissan Murano is ready for her close-up. The only problem is which trim to choose. With four spectacular models available, which one is right for you? Read on as Maus Nissan of Crystal River takes a closer look at the 2022 Murano trims and all they have to offer.

Much of Murano’s charm remains unchanged for this year’s models. Drivers will appreciate the sturdy ride offered by the combination of a 3.5 liter V-6 and CVT (continuously variable automatic transmission) producing 260 horsepower. Standard front-wheel drive, with an option to add all-wheel, delivers effortless stability on those long road trips. The Murano earns 20 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway as it makes use of a smooth suspension and impressive powertrain performance.

Starting at around $32,910, the first model in the lineup is nicely equipped with LED exterior lights and 18-inch alloy wheels. The S trim features cloth seating, an 8-inch infotainment system complete with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Zero Gravity seats, and those all-important USB ports for staying connected on the go.

The next trim, SV, includes much of the above but also adds roof rails, heated front seats and driver aids like adaptive cruise control and front park assist. Choose the original for around $36k or try out the mysterious Midnight Edition for an extra $1,395. With this package, buyers will enjoy 20-inch gloss black alloy wheels, a black grille, and other exterior design elements like illuminated kick plates.

The top two trims, SL and Platinum, also offer luxurious upgrades like an 11-speaker Bose audio sound system, leather seating, and more. With room for up to five comfortably in the superbly plush seating, there’s even more room for up to 67 cubic feet of cargo space, all while maintaining a compact roofline that retains its sleek profile. A Homelink universal transceiver adds a unique touch. Use it as personal programming for your automatic garage door or home’s interior lighting.

Whatever trim you choose, all Muranos come standard with Nissan Safety Shield 360. Driver assistance technologies like lane departure warning and automated emergency braking give everyone peace of mind.

For those that like to pair the power of a marathon performer with a distinctly polished style, the 2022 Nissan Murano was made for you. Head to Maus Nissan of Crystal River to take a test drive or call us at (352) 592-6287 for more information.
