Your Ultimate Guide to the 2022 Nissan Car Lineup Post

Sedans and crossovers and trucks, oh my! The 2022 Nissan car lineup is here with something for everyone. Maus Nissan has the ultimate guide for finding your dream car.

Let’s hit the ground running (driving?) with the all-new Nissan Pathfinder. This three-row crossover SUV sports a contemporary look inside and out. With eight seats, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, available heated second-row seats, and panoramic sunroof, this beauty is ready for her debut. Outside, drivers will enjoy the modern flat hood and vertical grille that gives a more truck-like face but also captures Nissan’s “floating roof” design. The new nine-speed automatic transmission paired with front-wheel drive gives life to those uphill climbs. This system can send up to half of its 259 lb.-ft. torque to the rear axle while simultaneously sending the remaining torque to the one rear wheel, delivering more grip. Though above all, safety is the main priority. Standard driver assistance technologies like lane departure warnings, pedestrian detection, and blind-spot monitors offer peace of mind.

They say cars get it done. We can call that a truth after watching all those Fast and the Furious movies. Nissan can also attest to that with the updated Leaf, Versa and newly redesigned 2023 Z. Drivers can increase their “go green” vibes with the Leaf’s standard CHAdeMO quick-charge port and portable 240-volt charging cable. Also available are the ProPilot Assist semi-autonomous driving aid and 360-degree camera system. An added incentive to going green comes as Nissan lowered the Leaf’s prices across the board. Don’t “leaf” this deal on the table. The Versa’s subtle changes feature more power, sleek exterior design, and plenty of standard driver assistance technologies. A big bang for your buck since the Versa is one of the least expensive vehicles in the Nissan brand. Speedsters will drool over the Z’s new exterior design. It’s a unique hybrid of new and old with features of the first-gen from the 70s. Inside features include the digital gauge cluster that shows off a 12.3-inch customizable display, heated seats, and an eight-speaker Bose audio system.

Truck but make it cool. The Frontier is a newly upgraded powerhouse built to be rugged yet refined. With a 3.8-liter V-6 producing 310 horsepower and 281 pounds of torque, the Frontier isn’t meant to go slow and steady. It pairs a nine-speed automatic transmission with rear or four-wheel drive. Thrill seekers will enjoy the PRO-4X trim that has a substantial suspension and an electronically locking rear differential that will make any off-roading adventure fun (and sturdy!). Drivers will appreciate the thoughtful storage that can be found throughout the cabin, including a handy bin on top of the dashboard.

Nissan brought the new car potluck for 2022. A little something for everyone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed with all the delicious choices, give the Maus Nissan sales team a call at (352) 592-6287 to chat about your options!
